uhm, okay at first it seems to be bavarian accent but I can't really understand a good part of it...which is weird considering I'm german but then he switches to another language, something like russian or czech or so :/

Certainly not a native speaker. I believe he is reciting some funny poem/rhyme about the piece/componist. Can't make out some words because of the noise in the hall and the strong accent.

oh my...as a german: THAT F'ING BAVARIAN ACCENT....srsly....it's a bad prejudice, that all germans are bavarians xD ....but to come back to that speech: i understand like 50% of what he speaks...like ".......Franz Liszt, who was hungarian, was asked by to compose music. Franz said 'yes', took his pen, sat down at his piano, and composed a rhapsody. which was famous and loved, and since then goes around the world. [he seemed to make a bad joke i didn't understand]." ...well....it's kind of a funny-made rhyme....but his accent is very hard to understand, even if you speak native german xD
...btw my english is worse than his german xD
