My guess is as long as she is covered up, then its fine.

What I mean is as long as their are no private parts (which includes the boobs with nipples showing) naked and fully on display for human like looking characters then its ok.

From what I've seen, pictures containing humans and humanoids with female breasts have been left up as long as there are no genitals visible.
