1k watchers officially passed!

by
I just noticed that I have reached 1000 total watchers on here, and I'm pretty ecstatic to be honest, I truly never believed that I'd reach this far. I don't know if anyone really cares about any sort of a celebration, Q&A or a giveaway or something like that, I guess if you are you can make a comment, but I'm extremely happy nonetheless, my week has already been made and it's only Monday. So thank you to every single one of you 1k madlads, continue being the proud perverts that you are and I'll supply you with all of the degeneracy that I'm able to produce.

Random questions: What's your creative process like? Depending on if it's a commission vs. something you come up with on your own?

Also, how much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood? :)

On commissions, it'll really depend on what the customer is after: some will have an extensive and thorough outline with just about everything planned out, while others will just have maybe a character and a list of kinks he likes, and then there's everything in between. Once I have the general idea of what the commissioner wants, I'll start making a plan, writing down the general plot and outline of the text, splitting it into different chapters to help with structure and keeping it within the dictated length. After that, I'll start the actual writing process. As for non-commissioned stories, I go much more relaxed with those, when I'm just writing for my amusement and not in exchange for someone's money, I won't even have a plan jotted down beforehand, I just write whatever comes to mind after making up some basic idea for the story first (for example, "Blind girl", "Mom's boyfriend", and "Feral rimming" are all things I have noted in my story ideas list, to give you a feel for the sort of foundation I have for my personal stories).

And as for woodchucks chucking wood, I'd estimate about 5, maybe 7 if it's on the weekend, but I'm not a woodchuck-ologist, so don't quote me plz

Well, it's hard to say no to the idea of a giveaway (even if my own chances of winning are slim, good vibes all around), hehe.

Question: what's it like writing for a fetish/kink/scenario/whathaveyou that's fairly obscure; Do you worry about your ability to deliver on what the commissioner wants? For example; my own super niche interest of 'girl/boy scout sashes' was something that I can't imagine you've run into before or since my commission!
Very related question: are there cases where you don't feel a fetish/etc can actually fulfill a projected word count? If so, what do you do?

Oh, and congrats!

I definitely try to make sure that my customers get the satisfaction that they deserve for their money, and I will flat out warn that I may very well not be able to deliver to their standards if I think I don't have the skills and/or the experience with the subject at hand. But I will generally still accept the commission if the customer still so wishes even after my warning. I always try to research the topic as best as I can, like in your case where I did a fair amount of reading about boy/girlscouts even before starting my planning, since they're not even a thing in my part of the world. Being a pretty kinky guy myself, there's thankfully not too many fetishes and subjects that I wouldn't at least have a little bit of experience with, which definitely also helps.

And as for the second question: you get a gut feel for the approximate length that a story outline would produce after a little bit of writing experience, so I generally know at least the very rough length of a text while I'm talking about the story with a commissioner. If he wishes for the text to be a good amount longer than what I think it would be, I'll warn about that and try to give either a length that I feel would be more appropriate and/or some possibilities to add some more meat onto the bones of the text. Either way, I don't really start work on a text unless I've agreed on a word count that I feel is possible with the customer, I don't want to scam anyone out of money.

And thank you for the congratulations!
