I think you're missing some other female Sonic characters...
Some other choices could be to have someone cosplay as Cutie Terry, Whisper the Wolf in Samus's Dread suit, etc.
Or maybe you only want to draw Rouge, Amy and/or Blaze for now...

Also, I'm voting for Rouge as Serila, the witch
