Hoo boy, its been a long time since i posted a journal. So much has happened and so much is still happening.
Ive moved with my roomates to a new apartment and getting that situated still, getting over the passing of a cat that was my best buddy despite not being his owner, and a plethora of other general headaches along the way, things are taking a change for hopefully the better. Ill try to break it down so this isnt too long a journal
- New apartment, new life, yay!
- Adopted my own kitten named Tobi, and he is the first pet
ive owned since i was a kid and he is sweetest kitty ever <3
- I was given a position as a community moderator for Inkbunny! Im excited to be able to have the opportunity to make a change for the better for the site that ive called home for all these years. It will take time to get everything up and running but bear with us, and as always, send a support ticket if you need moderator help and we'll get to you as fast as possible <3
- Leaving my current job in place of a new one, as im writing this im on my last day of my current job. Im sad to have to leave but the new job is closer to home, and is a salary position with benefits!
Due to the new job ill be closing commissions for the time being until Im used to the new job and know what i can do with what energy ill have at the end of the day. Its gonna suck, but ill be doing my best to still provide quality art for you guys <3
I apologize to all of you that submitted a commission inquiry that I havent accepted yet, unfortunately I cannot accept any more until both my current queue is clear and im comfortable taking more while balancing this new job. Sorry once again! x.x
All in all, im exhausted. But things are finally turning out for the better, and despite it all, my mental state has been far clearer than it has been in years with a lot of things that were driving me to the brink of insanity are mostly out of my life. Its not perfect yet, but an improvement is still an improvement, and Im hoping that the future only gets brighter from here.
