He has a possible colon infection. This has been going on for the past month or so, but within the past 5 days, it's progressed and now he's in the hospital. The doctor thinks there might be multiple things going on along with the infection, but we're not sure until we are able to do tests, and the doctors can't do tests until they get the proper paperwork from another hospital which is being a douche. He's in severe pain and is popping pills practically every hour just to control it.

Posted by Auva Update: will be having a colonscopy and endoscopy performed thursday. Depending on findings drs may want to take a look at the small intestine at somepoint as well which could possibly mean exploratory surgery
