Tablet just bit the dust...

Well, that's it.  My tablet has finally died...  I hate coloring and shading by mouse.

I WAS trying to save up for an Intuos 5 as seen here:
https://www.wacom.com/en/Store/Pages/Product.aspx?produ...{1C6165B9-ED4C-497C-B178-A45A454C8928}

Sadly, I am just under half what I need to get this.  I don't wanna buy a substandard tablet to use in the meantime, but I also don't wanna to mouse coloring.

If anyone knows where I can buy a GOOD tablet for about $200 US, then let me know (About 12" by 8" is required, not smaller).  I do not trust E-Bay for personal reasons.

12" by 8" DRAWING space, or the entire tablet size? Because if you're talking about tablet size, then you could get something like the Wacom Bamboo Create for around $200. Probably a little bit cheaper on Amazon.

oh yea, Bamboo aren't too bad, but I love the options that you can use with the Intuos.  T_T
That's what I was using till it finally died.  A SMALL one at that though...

Here's a video of an artist doing a review of the BambooCreate after her Intuos4 died, and she liked it. Don't know if this review will be helpful, but I thought I'd show ya anyway. Also -- I don't know if I understand what you mean when you talk about a small one. You mean a you want something smaller than the BambooCreate, or you DON'T want something small?

I had a small bamboo tablet, but I want to upgrade to a nice big Intuos 5 so the quality of my art might improve, if at least a little.

Oh god, losing tablets sucks....why is it that they are all breaking right now?

I think the warranty ran out a couple weeks ago...  Typical isn't it?

That's the way things work.

what is RF wireless?
I was looking for bluetooth tablets but I didn't know there were other kinds of wireless as well.
if I use wireless that means the cord is optional right?

Also I wish I could see the underside of the tablet when choosing one, but they only show the top.
