Medical Update

Today I had the procedure to remove the polyps in my colon that had tested positive for cancer a few months back. The doctor said he didn't see anything else out of the ordinary while in there so as long as the tissue removed (8 of them suckers) test benign I'm cancer free again. For now. Because we now know it's a genetic predisposition I'm going to have to stay on it & get tested again in 3 years.

Next step is to see a dermatologist & see how long that doctor gives me to live. >.<

Then the cardiologist.

*sighs* Now I understand why no one in this country can afford to retire anymore.

Actually had a colonoscopy today, so I can at least understand part of the literal pain in the ass you had to deal with. XD

What was your first after procedure food? For me, Jimmy John's Country Club, ice tea & Pop Tarts.

On a serious note, I do sympathize for you my friend. I really hope those suckers are benign! I've already lost a few Art Friends this year, so please, no more.
I actually had a very unusual mole on my back turn into a growth, which concerned me greatly, so I had it removed and tested. Thankfully it turned out to be benign as well.
My strange Gamer mind immediately though of a Legend of Zelda boss, for some reason, while thinking of your plight. I envisioned sending in a little mini proctologist Hero on a Quest to kill all the cancers inside you, like if you were that tree dungeon from Legend of Zelda. In the game, the tree asks you to enter it so you can kill all the evil inside that was making it sick. If only Cancer was that simple.
Say positive Feryl, the body will heal, but only if the heart continues to live. I'm here if you need to PM or anything. <3
