CUSTOMER RIGHTS These exist to protect you, the consumer.
1. If you need to confirm the progress of your commission, you can send me a message through any social network of your availability, in Furaffinity, Twitter and Facebook I publish my WIP (work in progress) of your commission, only in the case of being very elaborate.

ARTIST'S RIGHTS These exist to protect me.
1. DERECHOS DEL CLIENTE Estos existen para protegerlo a usted, el consumidor.
1. Si tiene la necesidad de confirmar el progreso de su comisión, puede enviarme un mensaje por cualquier red social de su disponibilidad, en Furaffinity, Twitter y Facebook publico mis WIP (work in progress) de su comisión, solo en el caso de ser muy elaborada.
2. Los derechos de autor pertenecen a tu personaje. porque es tu carácter, y este no sera utilizado para ningún fin de lucro.
3. Si desea cancelar su comisión después de la etapa de boceto, y después de realizados los cambios pertinentes le reembolsaré el 90-80% del precio que pagó, en base a lo elaborado que sea el bosquejo que solicito.
4. Tienes derecho a 3 revisiones gratuitas de tus comisiones. en la etapa del boceto, cuando envié la versión final, tiene derecho a un cambio de color parcial, pero no de diseño, si quiere realizar un cambio adicional este tendrá un costo de $5-$10 USD adicionales, o mas, dependiendo de su complejidad. ________________________________________________________________________
DERECHOS DEL ARTISTA Estos existen para protegerme.
1. Voy a tener un trato mas directo y claro vía Discord (1ndigoCat#8501), en el caso de que no use este medio de comunicación, el negocio se va a realizar vía nota por cualquiera de mis redes sociales preferiblemente Twitter o Furaffinity, sin embargo Deviantart, Inkbunny, Pixiv y Newgrounds, son también redes sociales con la capacidad para enviar y recibir mensajes privados.
2. Usted puede usar mi imagen con fines comerciales, si lo solicita previamente al momento de realizar la comisión y debe comprometerse a que voy a obtener crédito mencionando que soy la autora de la misma 'Licencia Creative Commons', sin embargo no debe realizar ningún tipo de modificación ni alteración de esta imagen, ya sea de color, agregando texto, o cortando la imagen o eliminando mi firma.
3. El diseño de tu personaje es demasiado complicado (te lo haré saber) o si solicitas detalles adicionales, me reservo el derecho de cobrar adicional.
4. Mantenga la compostura y sea cortés cuando negocie conmigo, si no tiene educación, podría negarme a dibujar para usted. ________________________________________________________________________
