In D&D vampires can turn into bats, wolves and mist and I was wondering about some thing that I thought you all might get a laugh out of. If a Kobold were a vampire and turned into a wolf, would it be a full sized wolf, a wolf pup or a mini wolf?
If you've ever watched Willow (and if you haven't then shame on you for being too young to remember it) they turned every one to pigs in one scene including a couple brownies (tiny people) who turned into piglets.
So I'm guessing given a Kobold's height they'd end up a small wolf or a pup, with the pup option making them too adorable to be scared of.
Mechanically they would become full sized normally, but depending on your dm they might do something different :) for instance you could always say they turn into smaller underdark beasties like cave lizard creatures or the like.

I got into that topic a few days ago with some one, if you work with the idea that vampires bite and drink blood to kill their victims (in D&D you take necrotic damage until it reduces your HP max to 0 at which point you are out of blood and dead) and the human stomach can hold about one quart of food/liquid so how could one vampire possibly ever drain a dragon? Then how could a dragon vampire feed itself if not on other giant monsters? Have their minions run people through juicers to fill a pool with blood?
