I don't care if its to work, you don't lay your hands on someone and move them behind the back whether it was a gently push or a hard push. People's spaces must be respected and let's just say the least today my boundary was not accepted today. I immediately reported it to my gm who happens to be my friend and she talked to the person right away. I was on edge all day today because of this asshole that somehow thinks this is acceptable behavior in the work place. I'm a man first before I am your manager, and I was on edge all day today as a result. Let's hope this gets resolved cause next time I am going to push back if something isn't done about this youngman's behaviour. I rarely make journals like this, but I am so fucken pist right now and wound up tight. I need to relax right now and hopefully tomorrow this get's resolved. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable.
