Around 4:30 AM Easter morning I wake up with what appears to be a really bad case of heartburn.
It felt like I'd been kicked in the stomach by a horse.
Had to wait until 7:00 AM for the local market to open.
Run down there and buy Peptobismol and Tums.
Didn't make a damned bit of difference.
Took some Aleve, more nothing.
Took two Tylenol extra strength. That sort of took the edge off.
3:30 PM decided "I need to go to the local emergency room."
5 hours later, "You've had a gall bladder attack."
I finally stopped hurting and got home around 9:00 PM.
Had a bowl of beef barley soup and went to bed.
NOT a pleasant way to spend Easter.
Next up, call the local surgeon and make an appointment to have it removed.
