Of the above suggestions, Baraag and HicceArs allow uncensored content. HicceArs can be a bit confusing to set up, though. Baraag is a Twitter-like site, so you don't get a gallery. And I think Baraag might compress images that are beyond a certain size, much like Twitter. I don't know for sure.
Pixiv requires censorship, and they frown upon linking to the uncensored version, so that might not be the best choice. Not that there are many options.
