So the direct just finished.
Honestly was going in not expecting much since very few updates could get me hyped.
However...well...the legend of mana update came out of left field.
For anyone that somehow doesn't know...LoM is my favorite game of all time, bar none. Many have cone close, but none have taken the title.
I accepted the game never getting a remake or update because it was already a bloated game to begin with as well as to me...pretty much perfect already. There were a few small faults (such as the game being to easy), but overall I loved everything about it. To the point that I didn't even want a remake in the way the previous mana series games got one.
This seems like a reasonable deal. Expanding on the original game while possibly cleaning up some of the iconic early translation issues that plagued the original. Either way, yes, I am excited to play this again.
As far as everything else, nothing really stood out except for Triangle Strategy. This is a game that's set in a style that is everything I love in a game, so I'll be looking forward to that in the future as well.
Hope everyone else got what they wanted out of the direct. Was definitely a shock to me.
And yes I know about the smash reveal. Xenoblade chronicles 2 was never a game I liked that much, so Pyrra and Mythra making it in is very whatever to me. More swordsman...well women this time I guess.
