What is, in your opinion, the best accent/dialect of English, and why? Which emotion does it best support, ex: cute, sexy, intelligent, etc.
If possible please link a clip of someone speaking this accent/dialect.
EDIT: It is true that British is a COLLECTION of accents from Britain, but I am asking for which specific accent is the best. Because the name of such accents are obscure, I am asking for video/audio examples of a person speaking that accent.
