Health Update

by
I had my first check in today suggesting not to have an MRI and to try doing exercises.

My main concern was the sudden pains, and numbing and tingling. This night I had searing back pains.

Over the course of a week I'll post another update. The news sounds good so far ^-^ . But of course nothing's promised.

I'll be doing exercises, I was dormant before to be extra safe.

Thank you everyone dearly, so much undeserved support. <3

Oh hush, you definitely deserve it!
It's a really good idea to stretch every morning, and perhaps between art breaks. Also, drink plenty of water and stay hydrated!

What are the exercises?

They are a few floor exercises that strengthen my back or stomach I think. So far they haven't hurt me at all ^-^. Planking is one of them.

Nvm I just read your other journal.
Pinched nerve that’s awful, I know what you’re going through I am just getting over a month long bout of some serious sciatic pain flare ups. I couldn’t sit I couldn’t stand walking was limping it even hurt to per coughing or sneezing was blindingly painful. I hope you get better soon. I recommend a heating pad 1000% ice packs Tylenol aleeve. Also see if your doctor will get you some muscle relaxants if a nerve is pinched they may ease the pain and potentially reduce swelling. Also they will help you sleep. For the first week of my sciatic attack I could not sleep more than an hour or two if I was lucky it was hell.
Definitely don’t try to over extent yourself it will not go well and will absolutely exacerbate your condition be careful.
Anyway I hope you will start to feel better soon hang in there.

Honestly thanks so much for sharing your experience with me and trying to empathize what I'm going through. Recently I've discovered I may not have a disc herniation, rather probably multiple issues forming from not working out much, which I'm really fortunate to get away with.

Especially compared to what you're going through, it sounds like one of the most debilitating life-changing things ever. Thanks again for sharing your experience, but also the recommendations are helpful, and now I have the checklist to deal with this. I have heat pads and ibuprofen now.

On your pain, I hope you will be 100% back to how you were, hang in there as well.
