Dear All!
I'm not used to write journal entries, this is in fact my very first one! I've contemplated Chipsey and his character traits a lot in the last days and I've spoken to friends. It's hard to deny that most vastly prefer my fursona Adom to Chipsey. Adom feels fresh and new and exciting, but Chipsey feels rather derivative from Adom. He's basically just a smaller version of him at this point. He shares his adventurous spirit, his massive self-confidence which borders on smugness, his combative nature and his tough guy attitude when it comes to sex. I'm myself not happy with his current personality. I do greatly love his design and his attire, but his personality feels off and like a bad copy of Adom. So I was curious if you think that it would be a good idea to make him a rather shy and introvert boy. I've taken some inspiration from ancient literature and I've seen the old archetype of the socially awkward and pampered Prince. It's a rather shy person who is unsure of himself and his general competence. I might use this as a basis for his new character. He will keep his looks and even be somewhat proficient at fencing, but he will be much more different from Adom. Please let me know what you think! All criticism are welcome!
