One thing I've learned in my long time in this fandom is that the artists are insanely unstable. House of cards on active fault line resting on a table made of live cats unstable. If you like an artist, find all of their art and SAVE it. Save it in several places. Get the art by any means necessary and make copies.
They'll complain about it, but the moment they sneeze improperly, they will nuke their galleries. I'm not sure WHY our fandom has a bizarre obsession with destroying out own creations but it's the go-to strategy for every artist out there to deal with their mental issues.
If YOU don't save the art you want it's your own fault and only you can share it with people who would otherwise be deprived. You may even need to sail the black flag, if you catch my drift. Once that art hits the internet, it belongs to you regardless of what they say.
