TECHNICALLY the ones in Cyberpunk aren't natural, it's all body mods and genetic manipulation. But even then the term Futanari doesn't apply. Or it does but only in very specific situations since a futanari is a hermaphrodite, meaning they have both sets of genitals with or without external testes. I believe the ones in Cyberpunk aren't that

You've never played Cyberpunk have you?
And I mean The Real Game i.e. the TTRPG that the videogame is based on. (I've played for years.)
There Are No genetic manipulations in CP, the manips are cybernetic only.

Oh, and I can call made up videogame characters ANYTHING I WANT because they don't exist.
So they are futas.

And lastly, I'm not in the minority.
