Well, it hasn't been 24 hours and I've managed to acquire the money I set the goal to on my ChipIn, which is... really quite nice to be frank. Unexpected in a very phenomenally good way.
Words can't really say how grateful I am to the 19 people who gave their money away to me so me and my mom could be that much more secure in the next few months financially, as well as allowing me to go to AC safely in two weeks. Thank you especially to monstersids, tlailaxu, and a couple others who donated at least $100 and more to me. I'm not sure what I can do for you lot, but I would like to especially repay you with something in the future. And of course, thanks also to the others who gave less but still helped to build to the goal. I am really, really thankful and I appreciate your charity so much. I realize how extremely lucky I am to have fans and friends like yourselves, and I'll always cherish that fact.
Now, the immediate danger is, for the moment, alleviated. However, since the next two months are still going to be very uncertain for me and my mother, despite the incredibly generous donations I've received, I've gone and raised the ChipIn goal to $2000. This is more to cover the costs of, say, rent for June and July and other bills like the electricity, phone/internet, and gas, or for future unexpected bills like maybe car repairs or medical bills (my mom has been showing signs of something wrong with her kidneys, and it's worrisome for me).
However, this is by no means and in any way me pleading for more money as a necessity like the first thousand dollars. This is not the desperate situation it once was, this is merely me now saying "if you'd still like to help me out with other things and you have the spare money, you very much can". You can still spread the word, as well, although again, it's not the immediate problem it once was. I am in no way begging for more money than I've already been given; if this is all I get, I'll be content with it. However, again, if you'd like to still be charitable towards me and my family, please do so.
Again, thank you so much for helping me out when I needed it. I won't forget it, trust me.
