So ive done alot of research and came up with this:
Mii brawler:
Up B-Soaring axe kick
The only consistent good up B. Great height and launches foes easier then the other moves.
B-Flashing Mach punch
one word, invincibility. once the moves starts your invincible till it ends.
Over B-Suplex
Not good on distance and launch but ignores shield and counter
Down B-Feint jump or counter
Depends if you wanna prioritize recovery or defense.
Mii Swordfighter:
B-Gale strike
Launches opponents in the air and gives plenty of time for a follow up
Up B-Skyward slash
Lets you pick any direction you want to attack
Over B-Airborn assault
Unlike the stab this is best to help you recover as you can Up B afterward
Down B-Counter
I find reversal slash to be slow about 1 second so yeah this is instant.
Mii gunner:
B-Charge blast
Yes its not as powerful as samus or dark samus but perfect for a surprise attack if not used immediately
Over B-Gunner missile
Stealth burst moves to fast to be consistent and you have to watch it leaving you open
Down B-Reflect
Yes there is an absorption ability but you have to remember you cant absorb physical attacks
Up B-Canon jump or arm rocket
Again it all depends if you want a good attack or a good recovery, canon jump has a meteor effect but doesnt go high, arm rocket has no attack but goes high and can be moved around
