This Is Getting Annoying

Do you remember when I lost my FA account? well I don´t lost it yet today, don´t worry... but doesn´t mean I can lose it on any moment, let me explain why.  :v

The same guy reported me on FA (and is now is an admin, well fuck), TyraWadman is on DA too and I suspect he reported me there too, because for a "random reason" one of the journals I was mentioning this problem was removed, reason? "an attack against another deviant"... It was... strange for me, and well I investigated and this person has DA account too. My conclusion is this guy reported me again, but instead FA now is on DA.

If I am right, I consider this an act of harassement, this guy... or girl, is doing something personal against me and is not cool, I don´t like to fight or make gossips on internet, even I don´t have time for it, everyday I am drawing and I need focus on my stuff, but if this guy is reporting me on every site I am, well then this guy is dumb and is unfair, if he-she-it doesn´t like my stuff, just don´t watch it but don´t start a hunt of witchers.

I need hints guys, what should I do? nothing and wait to see what happen? talk with him? ignore him? because I am not talking with him and I am not doing nothing against him, actually I don´t touched the topic again, but damn this is getting annoying. I dissappeared a couple of days of internet (I´m very busy and stressed on RL, we are preparing for my sister return to Mexico on the next week) and I find a lot of random stuff and shit... damn.

Wow there are HUNDREDS of journals with the same subject, idk why ur the main target. It could be personal, cause some people don't like others for no reason, even if you barely know each other. Maybe talking to him is cool, but don't raise the bar of something false or untrue told about you get out of hand. Ignoring is fine, but sometimes moderating what's going on help you figure it out more. Unless the guy randomly blocked you to prevent convo and stuff, idk what to say. :0 I hope it all goes through well.

I hope this person ends with that harassement because is not cool, now I don´t draw explicit stuff or pictures with hate or racism, I draw things... like you can see on my gallery. Now imagine is today a FA admin... Is literally Big Brother... is watching me.  xD

If this person is an admin, it is sadly unlikely you could do anything.

I'm not on DA so I don't know what their terms of service and code of conduct are.

DA today is basically FA right now but on FA are more dramatic, they banned you for every picture you lost and on DA no.  xD

Yeah on FA I cannot do too much, but it called me the attention there are some anthro Bambi cubs on FA and still there... and when I posted my pictures was removed super quickly without mercy.  :v

If the things go bad I think I will open an account on pixiv or something like.  xDDD

Reportalo por acoso. Explica que el te sigue en varios sitios, constantemente reportandote. Esto es personal obviamente. Los administradores de DA deberian entenderlo de esa manera.

OOF, en DA estaba buscando la opción para responder por el journal que me borraron pero como en DA está todo... "automatizado", no encontré la opción.  xD

Pero si lo voy a reportar porque si es acoso. Aunque en DA voy a esperar a ver qué hace, si desaparece otro journal en DA con este tema, ahí voy a actuar, o a ver qué. Pero si se pasa la verdad.  :/

The problem is that person think I am a pedo, and I am not, he believes with the topic of "cubs" on FA and all those things, and I think since that pooint he hated me more. But well... looking his gallery about female humans having sex with real animals... double standard.  :v

I hope the things calm down, because is not cool and I feel every new picture I need censure more and more, and is weird, 10 years ago was not a problem...  >:/

Yeah. For me im not into stuff like that, but I wouldn't be harassing others because of stuff they draw. And I don't like beastiality at all, so that would be a concern with me if hes talking about u. Im on deviantart and seen stuff like that. As long ur not doing it in real life, its fine! ^^ don't worry about him.

DA is a SHIT show and they dont vet there mods and admins NEARLY enough considering the...sad....mental state of so meny members of the furry camunity the vast majority of people are ARE admins and mods probobly should NOT be admins or mods... my advise, move away from FA. you could appeal to a higher athority but thats difficult with the moderation system they use

Yeah DA is not like before, so sad because DA and FA were the sites were I started to upload art.

I am away from FA, rarely I am publishing art, only... well, the less cool pictures, random stuff. But now with this guy is an admin maybe I need to move into another website.  :/

Yeah that is true, and I don´t know why this is happening. I mean, double standards maybe? favorites? I don´t know, lately I am dissapointed of art sites, I cannot find a good place for upload art lately.  xD

I will do it if something happen on FA... but I suspect Dragoneer... well... you know how is this guy.  xD This thing happened now on DA, so I cannot do anything for now, just wait and see what happen next.

Pues si los sitios no estan dejando otra opcion mas que dejarlos pues haz un journal parecido al de aqui y mudate de red, se que no es facil pero estos tipos parecen que te estancada vez aislando más...

De hecho es lo que últimamente he sentido, y no es bueno, pero tampoco puedo estar huyendo, o sea puedo dejar DA o FA, pero sería, digamos, darle importancia.

Pero si estoy pensando en abrir en otros sitios. El problema es que no hay muchos buenos la verdad.  :/

Sit back and wait for him to fuck up. Any kind of response would only validate him in his own mind, but these righteous crusader types always end up biting off more than they can chew eventually. Meanwhile, just keep doing what you're doing.

hum...i think i would try to trap him...may not be the most intelligent thing to do but...if he is targeting you specifically he will ban everything you draw without even looking at it...so if you draw something that he wouldn't ban "normally" and he ban it anyway he will be screw...you know where I'm getting at ? That would became a proof of harassment on his own term >;3

But as i have previously said, maybe not the wiser thing to do. And it might be time consuming. And maybe he is smarter than i think he is and it will not work XD

I think this person likes legend of zelda a lot, maybe I need an experiment with this topic... maybe the pink bunny... and I am sure people will like see Link pink bunny and see what happen...

uff, es una situación complicada bro, si te está acosando desde hace tanto tiempo no creo que se detenga. Creo que lo único que podrías hacer es plantear esta situación en un ticket a los moderadores de los sitios (aunque seguro ya lo has hecho), dejando constancia de que estás siendo acosado y que tu cuenta no está infringiendo ninguna regla.

 Espero que esta situación termine pronto, mis mejores deseos.

En FA de hecho les dije que me estaba acosando, y por eso de hecho me devolvieron mi cuenta, me la habían suspendido por 30 dias, y la recuperé como en 2 o 3, pero se me hace raro que lo hicieran admin a este usuario, porque con el reporte que le hice ya es historial negativo.

Hay algo de fondo allí, favoritismos o cosas así, FA es orita como México en cuanto a corrupción.  xD

En el caso de DA es caso perdido porque como todo está automatizado, hay muchas opciones que incluso ya no existen, si quisiera repelar algo no puedo porque nunca lo checan.  x3

Pero mira, si pierdo mi cuenta en FA, ni modo, donde si me molestaría es en DA, o aquí, porque ambos sitios son donde pongo mis trabajos, aquí subo videos, wips y otras cosas, en DA subo mis mods de Empire Earth 1 y tengo algunos contactos importantes, y que esté esta persona siguiendome... no es muy normal que digamos.

Voy a esperar y ver qué más hace, en FA no tengo muchas opciones, en cualquier momento puedo perder mi cuenta y será por este usuario, estoy casi seguro.

When you are creating a report you want to be as descriptive as possible, especially if the report is going to be on someone in staff.  It is extremely important to document everything with screenshots and show how often this issue happens.  If you suspect an issue is happening across both platforms DA and FA you should provide proof for both websites.  But reporting something that happened on DA to FA staff will not help you unless you have proof that it is also happening on FA as well.
