Continued tablet issues ヽ(´Д`;)ﾉ

So good news i got my replacement digital tablet.
i decided to go for an Xp pen.

turns out this one also has issues with it. fuck my life.
and uh its got bad delay when drawing, so almost like im using a stabilizer. this doesn't seem program specific as it has the same issues on paint.
i have tried uninstalling and re-installing drivers.
if anyone has an xp pen or have had issues with this any help on how to fix it would be great.
TwT i have the worst luck.

Ohh man, again? Holy crap. It's not like things could like, you know, work..
There's an online chat help on their website (or was), if that's worth a shot. That's what I did when I ran into an issue.

yea ikr holy shit lol. i mean its like when im writing it doesn't finish what im writing. it feels really awkward and i can't draw like that lol.
i did contact em but tbh i can't be bothered to wait. thats what i did with huion and i never heard anything back. so at this point im just gonna return it again. and probably try and order another huion again cuz i preferred the feel of the screen on that one and at least the pen had no lag.

can't be i tried it on my laptop as well.
sometimes the XP pen can be the culprit. i have seen a lot of people fixing theirs because of similar issues but i'd rather not do that as it voids my warranty to return it.

well i got no choice really i can't draw with stabilizer on i find it super difficult so i can't draw with the lag i have. im just glad amazon has a good return policy.

yes and no i ended up getting a different one which seemed fine to begin with but this one is now having issues with the shortcut keys when i press ones near it seems to set off the main menu function button... which interrupts my drawing and makes my pressure turn off temporarily. it's clearly an issue with the button sensitivity. idk what my luck is recently. either all the tablets in amazon stock are broken or i just have super bad luck.
dunno if i should return it or not cuz i mean i might as well get a wacom if i can't use the shortcut buttons lol, since that was the main reason i wasn't going for a wacom, i wanted them shortcut keys.
