Reminds me, one of my cats long ago brought a live grown rabbit to me, was beat up but alive. Bandaged it up & let it go a day or so later though obviously. But in more recent years intercepted a stray beating up a baby rabbit, didn't seem too injured (just sit up on the bed for hours wiggling its nose) but as I heard they hide the severity of their injuries to the last moment, so it simply fell over and died. So gave it back to the cat & it just crunch & munched it down >_>;
