Okay, so I'm wanting to get back into full slavestreams. But I still have a lot of make-up sessions to do as well. I'm going to be getting those scheduled as I start taking new ones (haven't won the lotto yet, so still need to make rent).
From here out, though, instead of scheduling a whole month in advance, I'm just going to do a couple slots a week at a time. Hopefully this will make it easier for people to work it into their schedule, and I want fewer standing reservations in case something happens again where I have to cancel. That sucked, and I hate that you guys were put on hold for so long. Even if I can't exactly help that my wrists gave out, I still feel bad about it, and I admit I've been taking my time getting back into gear.
So I'm going to be contacting people I still owe sessions to from when I had to take that downtime from everything. But by all means, don't feel obligated to wait for me to email you, you can note or email me right now if you want. It'd be helpful in making sure I've got everyone.
A few people wanted refunds, and I've already sorted those out with you guys, you will be getting refunded at the earliest possible time. I'm opening back up to full sessions to speed those refunds along.
To people who haven't already had their refund request confirmed, if you still want your session, please contact me for rescheduling, or if anyone else simply wants a refund too, let me know and I will add you to that list.
I know making a journal like this looks bad, I was really so very close to catching up on art debts and then kaboom, nearly two months out of commission and a bunch of crap to catch up on. I still think I have a pretty decent track record overall as far as customer satisfaction goes, and I AM going to make sure I get squared up with everyone who has not been satisfied yet. Everyone's patience and understanding is EXTREMELY appreciated. Next time I do a freebie session, those of you who had your streams postponed will get selection preference. I'll also be doing a bit of overtime for you when we do your make-up session. Not TOO much (doesn't solve anything to blow my wrists out again XD ), but at least a little.
