I was playing Sonic Heroes at night and I decided to go to sleep after finishing the Team Dark story, I saw a stream replay of Shadow The Hedgehog and WOW I wanted to play it again as well as SA2 and a friend recommended me to see the Japanese translations of SA2 and just today someone uploaded a related video about Shadow's past.
Although Shadow The Hedgehog denies the story told in Adventure 2, if it were real, playing the levels where Mary appears would not be the same although they are still tedious. But I guess a lot of people here already knew that.

Ok i just translated and read every bit of sephy's info, this doesn't change anything for me simply due to the fact that i knew shadow may have been a clone this hole time due to playing sonic heroes and shadow the hedgehog. now as a far as i can know they don't really bring up the fact that the "original" shadow might still be out ( well maybe in the comics but not as i know in the games) and maybe that's for the best i mean if they do make a game where that is a case just faker city all over again, that being i do see the potential story telling tho so it might be worth the memes.... OK jokes aside i do find the possibility interesting that our would have to come to terms with him being a clone but he already did that in shadow the hedgehog so it might not be worth in the end. never the less shadow still cool

ok so let me get this right shadow is the original shadow, eggman created clone or android of shadow (i can understand why he would make androids that look and kinda act like shadow but making clones of shadow is not only makes things confusing but i really doubt he can control them) shadow moves on from his old self and goes on to do his own thing.
lasty the memory thing was it just so shadow would get revenge on humanity for eggman's grandfather and was used as a way to give him reason for character development?
