Wa..crump 0_o

I got my new replacement stylus in the mail today. Waved it over my tablet expecting the cursor to move....nothing. Ok...deleted my old intuous from wacom's control panel, tried again, nothing. Deleted file preferences using the filed delete utility...and nothing. Installed different versions of Wacom's drivers, restarted, deleted prefs again each time....still nothing.

So I decided to return it. After printing out a label and boxing everything up, I drive to the mailbox. I have this vague feeling about putting up that little red flag on the mailbox, but I don't. Hey, I've never really mailed anything to anybody with a real mailbox lol. I drive back here and look it up. Yep, I'm supposedta put dah flag up. I zoom back down the road to the mailbox, put the damn flag up and drive back. Then I hear a crazy person across the road up a hill screaming curses at the top of his lungs. Gosh, I just love my neighbors.

I go to order one of those too cheap to believe it's real monoprice tablets. Doh, I order the wrong one. I see a cancel button greyed out that i can't push. I call them, they cancel it. I still see it there 10 minutes later and my money is still gone. I try chat support. Yay...3 to 5 days to get a refund.  So, I blew about $150 in 2 days when I only wanted to spend $50. Derp...boy I feel smert.

Ah well, at least my Johny's Garlic Spread will be here today. I'll be damned if I have to return that!!!!!!!

Hm, wouldn't it be healthier to just buy fresh garlic?

Healthier, but not as much fun. You gotta taste that garlic spread...seriously, it's delicious over anything ^_^ I have real garlic right here, but I've missed Johny's Garlic Spread for over a year now, they don't sell it here.

Why not make your own... dressing from fresh garlic and some other stuff? I'm sure it's not that hard and may end up tastier when made from fresh products... unless you like all the preservatives, fake aromas, coloring substances, and other weird things they put into those products? (I admit, they can make a product tastier, but so can fresh ingredients)

But I'm a boring person so maybe it's just me.

Well..actually it would've been a lot cheaper on me to just go into town and buy fresh stuff. Never really made anything like that, but maybe I could find a recipe somewhere to get me started. I actually do like to cook and making things from scratch. It's fun. Going to walmart in the day time however, that's a challenge...

Dont you love that it takes 1 second for them to take your money but 5 days to give it back.
I honestly think there should be laws that force them to pay back that fast.

>.< Yeah, I was thinking the exact same thing. "Gimme my tablet now, and I'll get back to you in 5 days about the payment...mkay!"
Heh, actually they refunded my money about an hour after I posted this journal. I guess monoprice is an avid watcher on Inkbunny lol.  They actually seem pretty good and up front about customer service though.

Im glad they DID but i still think business should have to pay you back as quickly as they demand
payment.fuck this 6 to 8 weeks crap. You give NOW. Or allow everyone 6 to 8 weeks to pay you.
