Some Months

Hello!
These first months have not been the best, I must stay at home for the next 2 months but I think the time will extend, the most important thing is to stay calm but I must admit that I am quite nervous (well I'm normally an anxious person).

I hope  everyone is fine, stay home and wash your hands!

Stay calm, and stay hygienic.  Worst thing to do is let stress settle in.  Hopefully things get a little more calm for you

Yeah, just stay home as much as you can. Only go out if you have to work/get supplies/etc.

Disinfect as much as you can.

Stay strong and safe Kray! We can get through this tough time. Be mindful of your habits too that involves touching your face on an impulse.

Yeah it is a bit, its why I am lately noticing what I am doing and keeping it in mind to stop certain habits I do.

I work at a Grocery Store, so unless things get like Zombie Apocalypse Bad, staying home is not an option for me. Just try to stay as calm as you can and keep yourself ocupied.

Yeah I am furrowed @ work until further notice..  I also know where I live there is a growing number of positive cases of covid-19
so yeah I am more cautious, but deep down I an not afraid,,

My kids are at my moms house as a precaution until things change so that for me a blessing as we all cope with being pent up.

I find for me anyways is to keep or start a routine and try to keep active and hygienic as much as you can.  I have been cleaning house, stripping beds, got my carpets cleaned, some outdoor cleanup, house repairs that are simple to moderate,, some painting here and there,, Got the old ice box cleaned out.  Things to do you know..

As for this pandemic (Witch some have claimed it as being hyped to the extreme like weatherman Jim visiting the coast for an anticipated hurricane impact)  I think common sense approach will pull the rug out of this mess,,

Lastingly I don't think it's healthy to be pent up inside.. You need sunshine fresh air and a clear mind to be healthy.. So go outside and sit on the porch steps or on the tailgate of your truck and relax.. breathe in fresh air  feel the sun warming your skin and last,, Relax!!

Tiff..
