So you mentioned it is no anthro. And you mentioned that any hint about Disney would make it way to easy. Looking at the big char pools of Nintendo, TemTem, Several Animes and stuff I think this means, it's from Disney (to me). Also "real I suppose" so it is supposed to be realistic, but maybe questionable in this case.
Feral Disney chars with a sort of realistic setting. Wonder only Movies, Games or Series aswell. And how far Pixar goes into this. And I assume it would be a char barely used in your art so far. I noticed you barely make crossovers within their own universes of the chars. So it might be more likely If the char has characters in it's origin story it can pork with. Thou a pinup crashes this theory. And you doubt we'll guess it. So it should be a very rare and unlikely candidate.
