Well it seems we are defiantly gonna have to work hard and save up to get out of here in about 3 months. Landlord has called and said hes going to sale the property. We still have some time to save up though so we can get out of here. Worst case scenario we'll probably have to be out of here in 3 months ish. Best case he cant sell the property for some time. specially with everything that's going on.
With that, I'll go ahead and make some moves here. I'll probably do a fundraiser soon and give away HD packs for donations or something. Just keep up the grind, got a big YCH I had planned that will be moved up. Once I'm done with the current YCH work, soft shaded commissions, and the remaining animation, I'll open up fully for all commissions.

Sadly were on a month to month contract. we didn't expect to really stay here for a long time, but things took a bit longer then we thought. place has not sold yet that we know of. with the way everything is currently i doubt he will have a buyer for a LONG WHILE. We kinda had already panned to hopefully have enough to move in the next couple months. just now we pretty much have to and at a rather odd time i would say.
That said, just gonna try and work our butts off and try and get to a point where if we need to leave at a moments notice, we can. As my mom always told me, plan for the worst, hope for the best.
