How did you discover? (research pt 2)

A second part of this research, I'm asking how you discovered masturbation.

I'll start.
Way back when I was 10 years old (yes 10 years old) all just a wee lad.
I was trying to go to sleep back when I actually tried to do so instead of staying up and lurking like I do now.
As I tried to go to sleep I had the weirdest itch in my groin, and as per everything beings sensitive, I would scratch around, but on the main bits themselves I would rub so I would not damage or hurt anything.
When I did I got this amazing and overwhelming feeling, And I had absolutely no idea what happened, but it was incredible. It took me a couple of weeks to figure out what I did and how I did it. At the time I just did it for fun, but of course as time passed, and seeing the soft-core porn from HBO, I slowly discovered what sex was and how it worked, and of course I concentrated on the male rather than the female.

Fastforward a few years later, and my mother decided to give me the talk. It was awkward as sin because I already knew everything, but I digress...

I believe I was about 8.

My parents had gone outside and I had the house to myself. I got the urge to take my clothes off and play around in my room for awhile. Later, I sat on the edge of my bed and worked my foreskin back and forth along the full length of my penis. I had known that this felt nice for some time, but until now had only retracted my foreskin to wash under it.

I was in no hurry as I continued to retract and extend my foreskin. I simply enjoyed the nice feeling it gave me. After awhile, it started feeling better. I continued to stroke at the same pace. I don’t recall having anything that I would identify as an orgasm today; it simply went from feeling good to feeling “too good” within a few strokes and I stopped. Maybe a few minutes later, I tried it again. The result was similar, except I noticed the head of my penis starting to get raw so I stopped after my second little orgasm.

In those early years, I think I pawed maybe about once a week? Not terribly often. I wonder now what might have happened if I had known about lube…

Once a week, thats kind of impressive. After I figured out what I did, it was basically nightly and later on multiple times a night. And yeah, lube makes all the difference.
Age 8 is really suprising... I always heard from others that 10 is fairly weird and it usually happens at least early teens.
So I guess your orgasms were dry as well? Nothing produced?

As best I can recall, I started relatively early, but may have been relatively less horny than other boys. I can’t swear to the age I was when I first started pawing, or when I started squirting, but I know that it was in grade school, and that the first ones were dry. I started making pre probably age 10 or 11, and was squirting semen before I finished grade six. At some point, of course, I did start pawing once or more per day.

I have not seen such studies, I would love to see references. To me, the common was around early, mid, and sometimes even late teens.

of course, and my technique was awkward because I was not savvy on how to really do it. Three fingers and thumb for the length, till I learned to grip fully. But it wasn't until much later that I started to produce liquids

Yeah, initially it was basically once per night when I was that young, and when I reached preteen/teen stage, thats when the big surge of sexual energy hit, and there were multiple per night, I think my record once was 4 in one hour. and in a day it was 6-8. But again that was that super-horny-teenage stage.

I think my record as a teen would have been 3 in one day, maybe 4. I don’t really recall for sure. Dunno if I ever did more than 1 per hour until maybe University. My record is 3 in an hour and that is with porn.

I briefly experimented with edging & orgasm denial around maybe 12-13, but lacked the discipline. I now believe that if I had attempted a second session within an hour, I might have had better luck.

hehe, my first experiences was from when i was about 7 or so i think. but the strange part is that i did it in a rather unconventional way that involved the use of a knee high sock and a drinking straw UwU/ i'll leave you to ponder the mechanics behind that one. though i didnt actually discover orgasming till i was 11.

I believe mine was around 9 or 10 (not entirely sure) but I do remember laying in bed thinking about scenes from my favourite cartoons that I'd like to see (mostly growth/shrinking related), I was only just rocking slightly against my matress as I thought about those scenes before feeling this weird 'tingling' inside of my shaft. I remember feeling the quirt which felt 'great' but made me panic and I looked down in shock to see the mess I had made. At least I had the sense back then to clean it up by secretly washing my undies out in the sink and then dry them on the radiator during the night. Definitely was a strange but fun experience.
