My own opinions:
Patreon is definitely the most popular, but I wouldn't be able to put the majority of my content there due to their policy of depicting minors in lewd situations.
Pixiv Fanbox is also pretty large, but they make you censor a tiny bit to abide by Japanese censorship laws.
SubscribeStar seems to be the most carefree and lenient about things, but not as many people use it (from what I've heard).
I've never tried SubscribeStar but it seems like the best bet for cubby stuff. Less used and less features than Patreon but at least you don't have to worry about your income getting yeeted all the sudden. If cub artists gradually use it more and more it'll become commonplace here on IB I think.
I've also not tried FanBOX but I feel like needing to navigate a JP site + pay in JPY (quite a few banks will have problems with it or charge fees) in exchange for censored good will make it a lot less successful with most your audience here. uwu If you wanted to do something with a Pixiv audience, though...
