How do I do it?

It would be a good idea to make two hundred characters based only on 26 templates according to gender, age, physical and form?
It would save me a lot of work to search, create and optimize each pose for each character, but I would sacrifice that characteristic that each pose has to say a little about what that character is like and it could be possible that there are slight similarities with each other. It is the only idea I have that is efficient, easy and fast.
