Got a bit connection time since I'm at my uncle's PC right now and well, I usually don't write anything about games. I'm not really "a gamer". I play games and I have fun and everything but yeah, I use the simple modes, I don't try to be so darn good, mostly I play for the story (if there is one) or just for simple, distracting, easy fun. And probably most people would beat me in any game (if it's not Tekken, I think I'm quite good at Tekken :P ). Well, and that's why I usually don't write about games. And I won't write much about MassEffect too but I feel like it somehow...
sooo, okay, I loved, LOVED to play this game. It was fun, it connected to what I've done with my Shepard in ME1&2 (thanks BioWare for letting me make the face again -_-). The fighting was good, the scenes were great, the storytelling was good, the story itself was good, how all the people I talked to and listened to acted, it was just all good and I loved, I think, every second of it!
What makes me wonder; I know it possible but dammit, how? I made every darn quest, I talked to anybody, listened to everyone, said the right things, I made everything that was possible for me to do and still I don't get 4000 of these stupid points (would I need that Prothean thingy DLC or so)?! And even if, for what? For some 5,6,7 or whatever short seconds at the veri end? Really?
And that is the point.. these endings... should I really say endings.. it's more like.. end in your favorite color that is *shrugs* I've of course read that the ending is disappointing or worse, I read it alot! who hasn't? I thought "well, I'm not that hard to at least satisfy. I love awesome endings, especially for awesome games, but if it's okay then okay, maybe most of these people are exaggerating" ..no, no they're not... I was never so.. I'd almost say pissed about an ending.. really.. there's.... I mean seriously? That's what I said while watching it and when the credits came I said it again... seriously? (my mom heard it and came to my room, asking if something was wrong? xD )
..this kinda destroyed the whole series for me and that is a shame and never happened before... this ending.. it's like a kick in the playes ass!....
what I've read is that they won't change the endings or so. they will just add cinematic epilogues to those 3 endings
and when I have an offline single player game on my PC I don't want to HAVE to go somewhere online or use some app or whatever. it's not an online game, it's a simple offline game

Sadly, EA want to go this way with their future games... linking them to other activities; creating "online-universes" even for SP-games. I find that to be a dumb-as-crap-idea.

totally. ich bin einer von den scheinbar relativ wenigen die gerne 'n singleplayer game spieln und nicht auch noch, nachdem wirklich so ziemlich alles langsam aber sicher ins netz gezogen wird, auch noch sämmtliche spiele online spielen müssen, selbst singleplayer. ich hab ja nix gegen online aber muss denn wirklich ALLES ins netz gezogen werden? reicht's nich dass ich 'ne verbindung brauch schon allein um ein spiel zu installieren? ich find das 'n bissel viel :/

Playing the iPhone/Facebook games is one way to get more points. Another way is to play multiplayer. But you don't have to do either one -- you can collect as much stuff as possible to get enough points. Quite frankly, it doesn't make a huge difference in the sort of ending you get.

Well I'd only play it on PC, and EA is a turd by only releasing it on Origin which I won't touch, ever (like I said). So I'll just have to skip it for that reason alone. ^^;

well, I dunno, I tried to do the good stuff and I checked it afterwards online. I got every quest and conversation and did the right things *shrugs* and nah, first was good but had one or two REALLY annoying things (at least for me) I pretty much love the atmosphere the 2nd has but the 3rd is a really good game too (as is the 1st :P), just then ending(s) destroyed everything that was built up over 3 games and really destroyed all your decisions you made too Dx

I hated the 2nd one so much XD so many people constantly flirting with you when theres so much death going on! I hate the illusive man as a character, you can't say no to him at all =/ you can't actually be mean to him, Shepard will always either agree wit him or say "I don't like it, but I will do it". the renegade and paragon options got ruined, it doesn't matter anymore whether your paragon or renegade, all it did was change the color of the planet Illusive man was looking at at the end of the game. they tried to make it more adult for more cussing and stuff, but it didn't play out right. it had more content, yes, and a better ending then mass effect 3, but it annoyed me at how far they went from the rpg aspect just cause Modern Warfare was a big hit XP
