IDW Sonic

Caught up, man, it feels like the stakes are too high. How're they gonna top almost everyone turning into a bot, including Sonic, and the emotional "you're the lead detective now" scene??? Seriously, I like it, but it feels like anything after will be weak in comparison. PROVE ME WRONG IDW!

I do like the Tangle and Whisper miniseries though, it had a nice level of risk and development. Honestly, one of my biggest gripes is that they exist in a universe the writers expect the reader to just accept as "part of some canon", you have a ton of Heroes enemies, Tail's Mech from Adventure 2, Forces being the lead-up to the comic, but it all just feels like it's there to be a reference, not that I expect them to start from the beginning like Archie, but some context would be nice.
