So uhh... while I feel rambly, I'll tell you a thing I've seen very often.
Gunna sound super Boomerish, sorry about that. But like..
Throughout my entire time on the internet, I've encountered puritans of different flavors and strengths constantly. They're like the tide. Before I move on, let me make one thing absolutely clear.
I speak purely on the subject of Fantasy.
But for all my life, certain fantasies were simply wrong to have. Gay fantasy, sexual fantasy, animal fantasy, kid fantasies, vore fantasies, snuff fantasies. Folks really not into sex have thought to sorta suppress it in any vector they could. Most successfully has been the cub angle since sponsors and dudes with money really don't want trouble.
To the point though, I see this defense of AB/DL stuff on twitter:
"It helps me cope with Trauma."
It's.. you know. It's a good argument. It has a lot of facts behind it, but the big problem with this argument is that this argument implies that such fantasy is wrong to simply *have* for the hell of it.If Biff had a relatively healthy upbringing and just gets boners soaking his pampers, Then Biff is a *bad person.* Worse then that, Psychology is still wobbling on the fresh new legs very recently discovered tools and getting it's footing, so researches in the field are rarely in pure alignment.
Worse, it implies Fantasy requires justification.
It does not.
I want to remind you sharply, that sexual puritans will not change their minds no matter how sound solid and correct your logic and arguments may be. Their minds are as easy to change on the subject as your own mind is to change.
Don't play the game by the rules others set for you. If you are forced into a game of which you did not work on the rules for, you've lost the game and are probably just a pawn for someone's bigger game.
Don't engage with that kind of person. You don't HAVE to justify any fantasy, or any non-life threatening act with a consenting adult in the privacy of your own home for that matter.
This is especially important in a Twitter world where one can manifest 100 friends to agree with them for ten bucks.
