I applied several months ago to the Make A Wish Foundation due to me having a bad case of cancer. I went through the list, met all the criteria, got up to the point where I submit my wish and they give me the dates when it will all take place. I got rejected.
My wish was for some decent quality DJ equipment (like soundboards, mixers, controllers, etc.) and get some lessons from two of my idols, and (in my own personal opinion) are the best two DJ's in the world: Skrillex and DeadMau5. I know I'm not a very fortunate in luck, and i highly doubt I'll ever meet them now, but I will not have the only thing in my life that I love, even with all this shit I'm going through, I don't want my passion, the only thing I'm good at, and the only thing that has ever made me feel alive. I need my music...
This is where you guys come in: If you can donate money or equipment, like controllers, mixers, everything just laying around you don't need, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. Please let this dingo have his dieing wish...
And also, spread the word. Get this out to as many furries as you can. I know the furry fandom is a caring one. If you can't help, help by spreading the word. Please? ;.=.;

Hey,deadmau5 is on twitter. send him an note saying your condition,it might just let you get in. Skrillex on the other hand idk,because i havent really...gotten to know him. Alice Cooper did it for a dying fan. the fan is now..passed away...but he got to meet his idol. Maybe deadmau5 will do the same for you. I really hope this helps. :3

I did some research online after reading this, and you might want to try with http://www.grantedwish.org/index.php. I don't know if they will grant it, but they don't have the age requirements that most of the other wish granting charities seem to. Wish i could do more.

Damn that's annoying. I can't say I'm a big Skrillex or Deadmau5 fan but I know a few producers I'd give my right arm to learn from. Not sure if I'll be able to donate anything and whatever it will be is gonna be kinda small. I'll try my best!

You really want to meet them, you? Have you ever set your goal on something, not sure how you'd make it yet and found out later you made it in an unexpected way? Would you not want them to want to meet you because they heard your own work? I think you have to shake those cancer cells off with good rhythm now and make your dream happen.

I do have mics, digital recorders, protools, mixers ect.
