Oh dear god yes.  Especially lately, too.  High humidity is making for very glare-y conditions, and with my allergies acting up as of late, being out in the sunlight is driving me nuts.  :-[

I find I get more sensitive to daylight glare the older I get.
I've taken to stocking my car with a pair of high-dollar clip-on shades that I just fix into place atop my standard spectacles.

The sun and I, once I moved to third-shift work, acquired a standing agreement: I don't bother it, it doesn't bother me. However, I tend to break that agreement for physical therapy, and I wind up hissing and thinking "Egad, that's bright! Turn it down, clouds!"
