Sooo.... I really need help losing weight ;;
I am 5'6" and about 200lbs (IDK what that is in stones, sorry britland)
Lately, I have been eating a lot more and also having chest pains in the left hand side of my chest...
....Is the heart on the left or right side? because..... If it is pains around my heart... that is really not a good sign...... I am kinda really worried
I need exercises that take 20 minutes at longest per session and that can be done at him, in my house, and preferably with minimal equipment. I have two 16lb dumbells and two 25lb dumbells, then I have a barbell that I can put up to..... 60lbs on, and thats about it as far as equipment goes.....
I have tries some work outs and spontanious exersizes...... they havent done enough..... I am only getting more jello-like ;;

I have two boyfriends... out of the three of us... I am the shortest, I am the heaviest by 60lbs, I am the oldest by half a year, and I have the smallest dick by about half an inch.............
none of those are happy facts ;;
