Weight loss/excersize help? ;;

Sooo.... I really need help losing weight ;;

I am 5'6" and about 200lbs (IDK what that is in stones, sorry britland)
Lately, I have been eating a lot more and also having chest pains in the left hand side of my chest...
....Is the heart on the left or right side? because..... If it is pains around my heart... that is really not a good sign...... I am kinda really worried

I need exercises that take 20 minutes at longest per session and that can be done at him, in my house, and preferably with minimal equipment. I have two 16lb dumbells and two 25lb dumbells, then I have a barbell that I can put up to..... 60lbs on, and thats about it as far as equipment goes.....

I have tries some work outs and spontanious exersizes...... they havent done enough..... I am only getting more jello-like ;;

I have two boyfriends... out of the three of us... I am the shortest, I am the heaviest by 60lbs, I am the oldest by half a year, and I have the smallest dick by about half an inch.............
none of those are happy facts ;;

Jump rope
climb stairs
do push and and situps
and a fruity breakfast, propper lunch and a healthy supper with light healthy snacks in between. so your metabolism keeps working.

parents get suspicious
I do push ups... Ill have to start doing sit ups >.<
we dont have fruits or healthy things in the house........ parents dont buy them because of shelf life.....

I barely eating meal once a day, but for you this would kill you in no time...
Try eating food needs to chew much but low in calories (some says chewing a bubblegum might do too). Like bread or nature biscuit. Don't ever try to follow anything radical, it will take some time to make any real process! Change your diet step by step, don't hurry! Fruits are also good, as speeding up your metabolism. After you loose some weight and found a proper diet for yourself you should try starting with light exercises.
The most important thing is to care about yourself! If the symptomes going worst go to see a doctor!

About the p.s. thingies, don't worry about them... just live a long, healthy life!

okay, Ill try to find foods that require more chewing and look into some fruits

I'm just under 5' 8'' 168 pounds and a few years ago whilt shoveling snow had a mild heart attack, I didn't know as it made me very weak and hurting all over so I went home and slept it off. I was told with an ekg that it was a heart attack but mine was from a certain med I take that doudles chances of heart attacks. Your heart is on more the leftside and you may just have over used your chest muscles as that can cause lots of chest pains, making it hard to take in a large amount of air. Should be taking a low dose of aspirin daily too, and keep reg just in case of a heart attack as chewing a few can help out. Should see a doc and have ekg done to check it out. I too eat poorly but my arties checked out great at check up and was told I must eat well, lol

Aspirin thins blood thrus helps reduce the chances of heart attacks and when having one may save your life. I find it hard to reduse eating junk at times still, somedays I just drink hot tea and go without eating to try to lose a few pounds. With my illness I can't exercise because it does more damage to my joints then good. I'm slowly losing both hands now but hoping major operations I might regain more function in them again. hugs
