I am putting this up for him as his English isn't that good and hes still getting treatment.
This whole "Commission" thing is new to him (and still some what new concept to Fan artists in Japan) but hes open to try. Osaka-san seems very pleased by everyone's response. He didn't think people would enjoy his art, as he has very little experience drawing Furry, and Yaoi arts.
He's currently busy with his treatment so he won't be able to respond directly for now, but he can still draw art, and I'll translate for him.

Osaka-san is open to drawing many types of characters but in his style. So remember you'll be getting art of characters you like but in his Manga style.
Pinups of Aliens, Humans, Furry/Kemono, and Robots with limited "simple" backgrounds are ok.
Please have references and be very very specific. He doesn't usually like to draw from imagination if its another person's character or request, so images and very specific request only. Also again remember he is currently undergoing treatment. While he has time to draw, he can't do to many corrections.
Shipping is optional but may take 2-4 weeks (as he can only leave once and awhile to do mail/check on his home and cats, ect, when given the ok by his doctors)
His current pricing is $60 for inks and $80's for Pencils. Why is the Ink Tier less than the Pencil? Well Osaka-san likes doing inked final art more than Pencil. He is more trained to have "finished" work be in ink, and is currently not used to having to "finish" work in pencil. However he knows some people enjoy Pencil so he'll be willing to do that (but at a higher price due to stress) if fans really want Pencil.
