I don't think that this rises to the level of a genuine disorder, but quite often, I wish I had been born female.
I know that not everything is wonderful with the female body - not sure how well I'd be able to deal with menstrual cycles or other issues - but I just like that body type better. Not necessarily to play with - I mean, a guy's body is fun for shenanigans as much as a girl's is - but more and more I wish that I had a girl's body in that kind of situation.
It may have something to do with me loving the idea of penetration but being a little squicked out by anal. I'm not sure.
Just bored and wanted to vent a bit.
