Of course this journal explains my previous one, but my closest friends and my bf help bring me back to the light. I wish people didn't have to suffer everyday like I do I wish the world had more compassion but it doesn't witch is why I fell into a blackhole once again. I can only hope it never happens again but I also want to find ways to better myself so I'm never again in such a depressive state
