Anyone had these kind of symptoms before?

So I've had IBS for about a year or so now but recently I've noticed that I have a lot of these symptoms pop up.

I've gotten used to getting up in the night with trapped wind pains but I've experienced new symptoms as well:

- Trapped wind (can burp/fart but feel the need to do it constantly to feel better)
- Cramps/pain going on for a week now (first felt like period pains, now feels like constant indigestion)
- Recently experienced pain in the pelvic area (like a tightness/desperate to pee sort of feeling, goes away within an hour of passing urine, even if I didn't need to urinate in the first place)
- Feeling the need to be sick/poop a lot for relief (but not always diarrhoea/never have thrown up from it)
- Stomach pains force me to move much slower when getting in/out of bed, fear of any pressure to it will cause me to throw up
- Reflux (happened only once this morning)
- Pain would last between 30 mins to an hour and 30 mins
- Trapped wind tablets don't help, neither does having a bowel movement (BM can relieve a bit of the pain but only after a 30 mins to an hour long period)
- Uncontrollable shaking/shivering (normally only happens to me when I'm about to throw up but I never do)
- Event happens about once/twice every two months, always between 2 and 4am

Not sure if anyone knows what these symptoms combined could be? I'm hoping to get a doctors appointment in a few days if it hasn't improved.

I’m no doctor but it seems your issue is less emotional and more physical, maybe it’s something you ate, I’d suggest if it didn’t go away after a while maybe check at the doctor they can make some tests and see if there’s an issue.

I been having a severe pain with my teeth (mostly the top ones) they became way too sensitive, I can’t eat, I can’t drink, I can’t even breathe with my mouth open without intense pain, I went to the dentist and they told me to use a special toothpaste but I been using it for over a month and I felt no progress.

I get tooth sensitivity especially from sour cherries and apples on some of my teeth. After that sugar, bread, etc. is painful with the smallest contact.
So, could be an acidity problem.

The thing is it’s not normal sensitivity, even if I open my mouth the breeze is too cold for my teeth, and no, it’s not cold in here, this issue has been going on for over two months.

I see, though my teeth were air sensitive too.
I remember as a kid, I ate sour cherries dipped into sugar - I was sensitive for 2 weeks.

Yeah, I had a feeling that it might be a food sensitivity or something but I'm not sure which food it could be...

I've had teeth problems too actually. I had a mouth guard made because my jaw kept getting stuck and my teeth are really sensitive to chocolate and hard foods whenever I bite into them.

Anything you've eaten rarely - or ate out somewhere during those times?

Two years ago I ate a cucumber that caused me a shaking fever and burning pee that night. The next day I threw up, and later what came out of me, caused a hemorrhoid that lasted a month. I should have reported that to authorities...

Now I baked a rolled up dough with a poppy seed, milk, sugar, and lemon (outer layer scratched into it) filling. Added flour, yeast, sugar, milk, and an egg yellow to make the dough. While delicious and all, I got a stomache cramp. A few basil leaves chewed and swallowed solved it. Though I woke up to another stomache and upper bowel cramp. Sort of had trapped wind for a bit.
I bet it's either the lemon's outer layer (chemical sprayed on it?- I washed it properly), or the poppy seeds.

If bowels close up, you should rush to urgency without hesitation!

Ouch! I'm really sorry that happened to you ;-; it sounds like you may have had food poisoning of some kind during that time. And yes, I feel that it could perhaps be something that I eat during the period of this particular pain...

And I will do, though they are unfortunately too active at the moment ><

Thanks, you get better soon!
Looks like I had something lighter now, but it kind of felt like a punch in the stomache, even a few hours ago. Seems ok for now.

Food can be tricky, the same you eat at home, can make you sick at a restaurant if they add some secret ingredient or alike.

With these symptoms they are like ~ that can wait? Yipe...

Could be I'm gonna get a hole on my stomache. Stress on me doubled. I'll know the reason. That's something, too.
