Is it me or is everyone not getting picture display? just some text and a super small blueish paper with some green on it?! x

I've been seeing that, but I had presumed it was the crappy local internet signal where I'm at causing it.

im getting this too. it happened about 2 years ago.
the explanation then was something like this:
servers are being shifted to another location for legal reasons
or something like that
