I'm flattered at the amount of interest I got for commissions this month! I wasn't able to take on everyone, but I've selected those that I'm taking on and everyone else is on my 'hold' list. All in all, I've managed to take on 30,000 words this month; with any luck, I'll knock it out earlier than I scheduled and will be able to take on even more next month.
In the signup form I also included forms on whether I should get ko-fi, a patreon, or create a telegram group. The results are in! Ko-Fi is overwhelmingly a no, patreon is overwhelmingly a yes, and the telegram group idea is very much a maybe. Because of this I won't be making a ko-fi, and after some research, I unfortunately had to decide that a patreon was not the right fit for me. I'll be asking about the telegram server again this time around to get some clarity. If you don't want to commission me this month but you have an opinion on Telegram, go ahead and state it below! It would either be used as a big group chat for everyone who wants in, used to announce commission progress and openings, or both!
Speaking of commissions, I'm opening commissions for next month! I think that a week wasn't long enough to give everyone a chance to apply who wanted to, so I'm just opening the form right now and leaving it open until next month. I'll be posting one or two reminder journals throughout the month.
