I'd suggest submitting a support ticket. You can do that by going to going to the bottom of the screen, where it says help. Don't get your hopes up though. They have a very poor track record of completing their tickets.

Since all you have to do is search "human", to me that means that staff aren't doing a good job, but like most sites they probably just don't care about enforcing the rules.
