God forbid if the Democrats don't pursue impeachment, and if God forbid THAT THING is re-elected, multiple charges brought against him will lapse in 5 years before a (hopefully unlikely) second term is completed. If THAT doesn't scare you, you need a checkup from the neck up.

You know what kind of message the Democrats are sending with all this impeachment business?  "We expect Trump will inevitably win in 2020.  May as well find a way to get him out before that, because we'll just lose anyways."  Well instead of pursuing impeachment, how about the Democratic party actually buckles down and steps up their game?  How about they give us more than two nominees for the 2020 primaries instead, including Michelle Obama?

Not only that, but I agree with MrSOCKS.  If the impeachment DOES go through, do you seriously want Mike "shock therapy/stores can refuse service to gays on grounds of religion" Pence to be in charge of our nation?  I said it three years ago, and I'll say it again.  For as bad as Trump is, Mike Pence is far, FAR worse.  Trump may be evil, but he ain't a Biblethumping nutjob nightmare like Pence.

So instead of trying to impeach Trump, it's time for the Democrats to refocus the strategy and WIN WIN WIN the goddamned November 2020 election!  THAT'S how you'll get Trump AND Pence out of office...by winning!  I don't mean to become so stern and firey, but I for one don't want Trump to win reelection.  I want US to put on a strong front and actually win.
