I wish I could say that I've found a fool-proof method for dealing with it; right now my approach is a combination of relatively low-stress videos with relaxing narration (think LGR, How it's Made, Bob Ross, along those lines) to distract me, some mindfulness meditation, cutting back on caffeine, and severely restricting and curating my social media feeds. It helps some to keep attacks down, but if my brain/body has decided to be anxious about something, it kinda just runs its course for me. I probably should see a therapist about it, but I've been putting it off.
No idea how bad it is for you though. Hoping you can find a good coping strategy.

I have no social networks, I don't watch the news or watch things where the people are aggressive or combative. I meditate daily, I do yoga. I'm seeing a therapist on occasion and getting chiropractor/acupuncture regularly. I DO need to start getting regular massages.

Well, IMHO, there's no shame in seeing a psychiatrist either, if that's an avenue you haven't looked into yet, particularly if it's affecting you enough to significantly decrease your quality of life.
