When I made an account there I did it because I'm huge fan of shota art. As with here you can fave art there but you do that there by adding the art to your bookmarks. You can also rate it which is what that line of stars next to the art is for.

I found about the site few years ago & it was all in jap, it had a bit english, right now it might ben ot complete but it's much easier to use, i hope in the feature there will be a complete Pixiv english, i love this site mainly because i was looking for Akuma Gaoru fan arts <3
