My Thoughts on DreamcastZX1/SuperBunnyGT Retiring

If there was one thing I never liked that he did, it was his constant cucking of Tails.
Once or twice, that's fine, but every other art piece was him emotionally scarring the fox.
Also wasn't a fan of him god modding Sonic on that level. Never really sat well with me.
However I genuinely enjoyed his art and it is going to be a shame to see him go.
Hopefully he can get his life back into working order.

I spoke to him on a few occasions and I asked him about it. It's not to piss off the Tails fans. He LEGITIMATELY hates Tails.

He's stated time and time again from people asking on his art, that it was to piss the "fanboys" off iirc

From what I've seen him mention: his dislike for tails stemmed from how often tails appears in people's artwork. Indeed that is true, especially when some artists feature him rather heavily in sfm work to start. However I can understand disliking something that's overrated in the end the stuff he did was fictional anyhow. Not saying I support nor disagreed with his choice of doing art.

It was fun while it lasted with him.

Guy seemed like a prick, and his art got way too into extreme proportions for me. Like, veins ontop of veins. Also no one got along with him, he was constantly starting new collabs that never got finished, and every time he lined/colored someone's sketches, he completely changed the style to look like his.

I am a fan of extreme proportions, so he had that going. I had some interactions with him and he seemed like a decent guy except for the fact that he was extremely inflexible when it came to commissions. Like his hate boner for Tails extended to his commissions as something he refused to draw in a positive light. That and like you said, he never finished a collab and that he paywalled a lot of his art on Patreon. Yeah, not a lot of love there.

On top of a lot of that I know in conversation's I've had with him he comes off extremely Homophobic and Transphobic. Like it's one thing if you don't draw Gay art fine but making like 2 journals about how much you hate that Yaoi even exists is kinda much.

I didn't care squat about him or his art, aside for the King Takes Pawn/Pawn Takes Queen comics. But when I found out what he did with his own dogs and puppies irl, this guy became toxic cancer instantly. He's better off leaving.
